Mr. Ashok Kajaria, Chairman & Managing Director of the
Company is father of Mr. Chetan Kajaria and Mr. Rishi Kajaria,
Joint Managing Directors, of the Company. There is no
relationship between any of the Independent Directors.
As mandated by the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter
referred to as the “Listing Regulations”), none of the directors
of the Company are members of more than ten Board level
committees nor are the Chairman of more than five Board level
committees in other companies in which they are directors.
