ix ) Share Transfer System
M/s MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited is the
Registrar and Share Transfer Agents for handling
the share registry work relating to shares held in
physical and electronic form at single point. The
applications and request received by Registrar and
Share Transfer Agent for the transfer of shares
held in physical form are processed and the share
certificate for the same are sent to the transferee
within the stipulated period. A Summary of all
the transfers, transmissions, deletion requests
etc approved by the share transfer and investors’
grievance committee is placed before the Board of
Directors from time to time.
