Average percentile increase in the salaries of employees excluding

managerial personnel during financial year 2016-17 was 9.3%. Whereas

average increase in remuneration of Executive Directors was 12.04%.

Percentage increase in remuneration of executive directors is based on

the position of high responsibilities and is an award for the exemplary

contribution made in the growth of the business of the Company.

III. Affirmation that the remuneration is as per the remuneration policy of the Company:

Remuneration is as per the Nomination and Remuneration Policy of the Company.
